With Chris’s 28 years of car care expertise and Justin’s 12 years of experience, they bring a combined 40 years of industry knowledge to Big Drip. Courtney adds a customer-first focus, pouring her heart into creating a positive, welcoming experience for both the team and customers.

Now that Big Drip Auto Spa has opened its doors in September 2024, their vision is coming to life. The Serios knew right away that Chelsea, AL, was the perfect place for their business, as the town’s values align seamlessly with their own.
