About Us
BIG DRIP IS BIG FUN
Locally Owned. Community Driven. Drippin' Awesome!
What started as a dream years in the making has grown into something truly special! Chris and Courtney Serio, local owners of Big Drip Auto Spa, set out to create more than just another car wash. Their vision was to build a place where exceptional service, a positive team culture, and genuine community involvement come together to make a difference.
Alongside their COO, Justin Allums, they've poured countless hours of prayer, planning, and passion into bringing that vision to life. With Chris's 30 years of car care expertise and Justin's 14 years of experience, they bring a combined 40+ years of industry knowledge to Big Drip. Courtney brings the heart of the brand to life, championing a customer-first approach and creating an atmosphere where team members feel valued and every customer feels welcome.
Big Drip officially opened its first location in Chelsea, Alabama, in September 2024, and the community welcomed us with open arms! What began in Chelsea quickly grew into something bigger, leading to the opening of our second location in Hoover. And we're just getting started! With our second Hoover location, and third Big Drip Auto Spa overall, planned to open in 2027, we're excited to bring even more Drippin' Awesome experiences to the communities we serve.
But while our footprint continues to grow, our purpose remains the same. Big Drip isn't just about clean cars. It's about building relationships, investing in our communities, supporting local schools and organizations, and creating opportunities for our team members to grow and succeed.
Together, Chris, Courtney, and Justin have built a Drippin' Awesome team and a fun, positive culture where team members feel valued, teamwork thrives, and opportunities for growth are endless!
From our first wash in Chelsea to our growing presence in Hoover and beyond, we're committed to staying true to the values that started it all.
Big dreams. Big hearts. Big community impact. And one Drippin' Awesome car wash!
Thank you for being part of the Big Drip family. We're grateful for every customer, every team member, and every community that allows us to do what we love!
