About Us
Chris and Courtney Serio, local owners of Big Drip Auto Spa, are living out a dream that’s been years in the making. Alongside their COO, Justin Allums, they’ve spent countless hours praying and planning to build something more than just a car wash—a place that uplifts their community. With Chris’s 28 years of car care expertise and Justin’s 12 years of experience, they bring a combined 40 years of industry knowledge to Big Drip. Courtney adds a customer-first focus, pouring her heart into creating a positive, welcoming experience for both the team and customers.
Now that Big Drip Auto Spa has opened its doors in September 2024, their vision is coming to life. The Serios knew right away that Chelsea, AL, was the perfect place for their business, as the town’s values align seamlessly with their own. Big Drip Auto Spa isn’t just about cleaning cars—it’s about fostering a sense of community, creating opportunities for growth within their team, and giving back. Together, Chris, Courtney, and Justin are making a real difference, one drippin’ clean car at a time.
